Job Title: Program Administrator

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada

ISCT is a global organization of clinicians, scientists, regulators, technologists and industry partners driving the clinical translation of scientific research to deliver innovative cell and gene therapies to patients. Headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, the ISCT global head office facilitates the interactions between academia, regulators, and the biotech/pharma sector to enable the translation of research into therapies.

The Program Administrator reports to the Director of Global Operations and Regulatory and is responsible for the execution of key programs across all aspects of the organization. The administrator tracks and analyzes key performance metrics related to program objectives.

• Manage database and program metrics, produce reports and identify trends in data from key programs including but not limited to recruitment campaigns, event metrics, industry data, etc.
• Provide support services to ISCT’s global stakeholders
• Provide support to program and stakeholder committees in a global setting, across numerous time zones
• Other job-specific responsibilities as required

Basic Qualifications:
• Advanced skills in Microsoft office suite. Advanced certificates in PowerPoint and Excel will be considered an asset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Highly organized and attention to details and quality
• Ambition to thrive in a fast-paced environment, under your own initiative
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Thrive in multi-tasking, team-oriented and deadline-driven environment
• A second language will be considered an asset
• Work experience in business administration is desired

Key/Unique Qualifications
• Post-secondary degree required (business or business administration preferable)
• A passion for data analytics and ability to identify trends in data
• Global cultural awareness/sensitivity and flexibility to adapt to working across global time zones
• Superior business writing and editing skills
• Some travel internationally required; ability to travel without restrictions is a requirement

This position will be located at ISCT Head Office in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. Candidates must be able to legally work full time in Canada (Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, work permit, etc.).
